In the Spring of 2020, days before the US shutdown due to the pandemic, Best Buy held their Spring Leadership Meeting in Houston, TX. For this event, my team was asked to develop a workshop for the General Managers and Executives attending to build an understanding of how successful experiences are developed, the key moments to design for (based on previous customer research), how to build empathy for the customer, and an opportunity to develop a concept within a collaborative small group.
I was responsible for building the presentation, developing and designing all of the workshop material, and co-facilitating the workshop.
