Best Buy made plans to roll out a more comprehensive in-home experience that allowed our customers to set up an appointment to meet with a Geek Squad agent in their homes. In order to define the optimal experience, I helped develop insights and created a conceptual journey to show where we could make the most impact according to customer feedback.
